Within the
frame of supporting the work of the ICC, the Arab Coalition for
the ICC invites all Arab organizations members of the coalition
and others organizations to participate in the ICC program
(Legal tools project). This project contributes in the
effectiveness of the ICC legal performance.
The
Legal Tools have been developed by the Legal Advisory
Section (LAS) of the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICC since
2003. This project contributes effectively in legal research
and drafting regarding the elements of crimes, modes of criminal
liability and key procedural and evidentiary questions. Furthermore it aims to build a constant understanding of
legal mechanisms that are used in working on key international
criminal crimes.
